We specialize in internal medicine and treat patients 18 years of age and older. Dr. Vyas had a vision of bringing advanced care to the Benson area to better convenience patients. His vision was that of a “one-stop-shop” that is, to offer various services under one roof.
With the construction of a new office in 1991, ECMC, under the leadership of Dr. Vyas, was able to offer services such as on-site labs, X-rays, and ultrasounds with same day services and results. ECMC has continued to grow and expand with 2 additions to our original building, the first in 1999 and second in 2004, adding on-site physical therapy, CT, Nuclear Stress Testing, multiple specialty services, while still maintaining one-on-one contact with our patients.
Pharmacy
Never overpay for medications, wait in long lines or feel like just another number again! As patients, we often do not get the attention we deserve at big-name pharmacy chains. Pharmacists and technicians at ECMC aim to serve our patients of Johnston, Harnett, and surrounding counties with a patient-specific, community-based treatment and education programs.
